You have a lot of figure drawing pages. You have 12 pages right now. You can take some of them out.
For your cover page, I think you should move the text down. About halfway? Maybe a little lower? I'd have to see to be sure, but the layout feels top-heavy. If you don't want to move that text, you can try putting your ID number under it, centered, to balance it out.
On your reversal page, maybe put "Dave Yee, Fall 2011" so that you can make your image bigger and also make the text seem less like it's about to fall over.
